I’m a part of many Facebook communities about various topics that I’m interested or participate in. When I was learning all about cosleeping safely, I joined a few Facebook groups all about Cosleeping. My favorite one so far is “Happy Cosleepers”. The members in this group are all incredibly supportive and helpful, and some have big ideas and aspirations, such as the user Zuzana Blazkova.
An Amazing Idea
Zuzana Blazkova has come up with a genius idea, and has targeted her audience beautifully. Her post already has dozens of parents cheering her on and loving every bit of it! She created the first ever cosleeping friendly apartment, and it’s absolutely beautiful. She writes “The entire apartment is filled with perks you and your little ones will love. But let me start with the main feature, the extraordinary family bed.” And my goodness, it is extraordinary.

In her post, she includes all of the breathtaking details of her cosleeper rental apartment. With each item on the list, I felt even more inspired and in awe. It’s incredible how we as moms can have such amazing ideas because of our own experiences in the real world, with our kids in mind.
The Features
- It’s 280cm (9.2ft) wide
- No one falls out at night! (Wall-to-wall and detachable barriers for the leg side)
- Guests can snuggle under King-size duvets
- The entire apartment is equipped with biodynamic lighting which respects your circadian rhythm (dim orange at night, warm yellow in the evening)
- Liquid proof mattress protectors in case of accidents! (Why isn’t this already a common thing?!)
- Plenty of books for story-time that are carefully curated for littles
- The bedsides are stuffed with natural cork so your toddlers will be warm and cozy in any corner

- The matresses are of the perfect hardness for safe cosleeping
Thoughtfully Crafted, for Families
When looking at the photographs of the place, it’s clear that this gorgeous apartment was planned out perfectly for families with children of all ages. Every corner was thoughtfully crafted and executed perfectly. The thoughtfulness behind the entire apartment is incredibly apparent and as soon as I saw the space, I knew I had to feature it. I want every family I know to know about it, and book it!
The Bathroom
Dare I say, even the bathroom is also perfectly well-thought out. It’s no surprise that the bathroom is also child-friendly, which is incredibly (surprisingly) rare to see in any apartment or rental in general. Personally, I hope that every renter out there is taking notes and is inspired to also begin including these sorts of family-friendly features in their vacation rentals. Especially since oftentimes, when traveling, moms often voice how a vacation doesn’t feel like a vacation because they are usually stuck trying to entertain and create a child-friendly atmosphere for their kids – and this is a step forward!
The Design
As previously mentioned, it’s clear as day just by looking at the space that the design was very well-thought out. But not only the logistics of it, but also the aesthetic. The colors, the furniture, everything is absolutely gorgeous about this space, I can just envision my kids jumping up and down with excitement upon arriving and seeing this place!
They Thought About Everything
Not only did they childproof the apartment, decorate it beautifully, they even added open-ended toys that will undoubtedly keep the kids entertained. I can’t think of a single downside to this apartment! I really wish them nothing but success so that they might open more locations in various travel destinations, and that more renters incorporate their wonderful idea into their own rentals.
How to Book
They’ve made it easy to book through their website (which is also beautiful) and they’ve also created a Facebook page to follow and keep up to date on any updates or new openings! If I ever visit Czechia, Europe, this is no doubt in my mind that this is where I’ll be staying.
What’s Next
Personally, I can’t wait to see this idea grow and business expand. I truly wish them the best in this endeavor and love seeing more women-owned ventures like this that are carefully crafted and designed with kids in mind, in a world where often kids are forgotten. More of this, please!
